After another four encounters he'll stop getting jumped, and won't be asked to pay the toll any longer. A lot of the goblins will look at him with some respect, which, honestly, should be sort of confusing. So long as he doesn't engage in any larger campaign against them, though, he will remain unbothered by them for now.
