Peeta will take up talking to the families of the dead hunters now that Coulson's gone. He'll try to talk Katniss into coming with him.

He'll also try feeding the roses various baked good and is willing to let them eat small bits of his arm if it helps. (Boy be cray.)

Lastly, Peeta will do everything in his power to support the baker's family after the son's disappearance. (He would have done more during, tbh, but I dropped the ball on that).
